Long Latex Gloves
It has been a while since I have posted. I feel what has partial contributed to this is because of what has been going on in the world. One thing that I try to do is to watch as many ASMR videos as I can. I feel that they can really help me relax and forget about what is going on.
From looking at my stats one of the more popular and viewed posts was my initial post regarding latex ASMR.
Pure Bliss ASMR
On my ASMR travels I have come across what is a new channel for me. That channel is Pure Bliss ASMR.
Pure Bliss ASMR is a UK based ASMRtist who has been uploading videos for the past four months. The channel contains a wide variety of different ASMR Triggers. These include, lots of leather sounds which include leather jackets, gloves, skirts and leggings. There are also Doctor and Dentist role plays as well as face brushing and whispering.
ASMR Origins - TheWaterWhispers
Following on from my previous ASMR Origins post, another ASMR artist and Youtuber whom kindly responded to me all those years ago was TheWaterWhispers.
Here is what TheWaterWhispers said.
When did you notice you might have ASMR?
Looking back, one of the first moments where I believe I had a relaxing feeling from watching an action which could be related to ASMR would have been when I was in high school.
I remember watching the person next to me write with their pen or draw something and I would instantly start to feel really relaxed!
ASMR Origins - SouthernGalWhisper
Back during the first iteration of my website I had a few posts titled ASMR Origins where I asked ASMR YouTubers if they would kindly explain their first experiences of ASMR.
One who kindly replied was SouthernGalWhisper
Japanese ASMR Lesson - ThePeacefulWhisperASMR
Here we have a Japanese role play video from ThePeacefulWhisperASMR. In this video she talks you through the Katakana alphabet.
This was a video I used to watch years ago, it is over 8 years old. Lucky for us, is that ThePeacefulWhisperASMR is still regularly uploading videos.
Old ASMR Videos - ASMRrequests
I’m back again with another old ASMR channel which I watched a lot of many years ago. This is ASMRrequests.
The video I will feature below is a great face brushing video which is sure to induce tingles.
Old ASMR Videos - SoftSoundWhispers
Carrying on with the old ASMR video theme I wanted to highlight another channel which I loved to watch all those years ago.
The channel in question is SoftSoundWhispers. There are lots of brushing videos on the channel as well as cooking, drawing, whispering, hand massage, foot massage and many more.
Old ASMR Videos - Sweetseductiveasmr
Another channel that I used to watch a lot around 2012 was Sweetseductiveasmr. There has been no videos added in four years but I remember this being one of the big channels back then and I always came back to re watch the videos.
Old ASMR Channels - Venividivulpes
I first started watching ASMR videos around 2010 or 2011, once I found out that the tingle feeling that I got when I watched certain activities had a name attributed to it…ASMR!
I used to watch some great content creators back then and on this blog I will look to highlight some of the old channels I used to avidly watch, whom for one reason or another do not post videos anymore.
ASMR Mukbang
Mukbang (먹방) is a broadcast in which the subject eats food and interacts with an audience. It is now a world wide trend but it first became popular in South Korea.
Welcome back…?
A long long time ago I created this website as a personal hobby to showcase cool “Asmrtists” on YouTube and to highlight different types of triggers which people found relaxing.
For one reason or another the database became corrupted and I never got round to fixing it.
What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is a physical sensation which can often be felt as a tingling feeling which begins around the scalp and can often travel all around the body
Latex ASMR
Latex seems to be a very popular trigger for ASMR. The most popular videos seem to stem around latex gloves. The attraction is around the sounds that the gloves can make, especially the squeaky ones.
